70 bags collected. A brilliant morning's work from 44 volunteers who turned out. Just shows what can be achieved with many hands! A special thanks you to all the youngsters who came along and picked with their parents - you were brimming with enthusiasm & tenacity!
Areas cleaned included the woodland opposite Westside Retail Park, the fringe of the adjacent rugby pitch, the A65 from Morrisons to the aforementioned woodland, the electricity substation land near the retail park, Ghyll Royd, Church St. & the grounds of the Aireborough Leisure Centre.
