Its growing! Yet more local residents joined our group for our 3rd litter pick! Thanks to evreyone who took part and to Alistair from the Council who was really enthusiastic to be helping us out! We collected 34 bags of rubbish from this small area, along with 4 tyres, part of a motorcycle and various bits and pieces of metal. Again we were digging down through layer upon layer of snack related litter and a lot of fly-tipped items. The Community Protection Officers joined us and pointed out just what a difference we had made - its easy to miss when you are looking down at the litter all the time!!
